Today I want to #shoutout to a dear friend & one of my forever #talent reps as I received my gift yesterday with the #dvd of Derek Maki’s “Instant Dads” #film that @coolwatersprods has rereleased for its 15th Anniversary!
This could not have come at a more perfect time, as I was supporting the @glaad #spiritday #campaign for #lgbtq 
I’m standing in my #purple #power 
I met Derek in 2003 when he cast me as an #actress in his first #indiefilm #thriller 
He then invited me to the screening for “Instant Dads” a few years later. I had just just had the title of a #screamqueen bestowed upon me & he invited me to sign as a #coolwaters #client to be my #appearance agent with his #genre #stars 
I’m #inspired to #post this today, as not only am I #grateful for his gift of his film that is so important for the #lgbtq
community, but I’m incredibly grateful to have reps in my career who have taken chances on me & #believe in me during the ebbs & flows & challenging times like the world we are living in now
We have no idea what the future brings, so let’s be thankful for all we have now
